Are you ready to exercise and eager to rebuild those abdominal muscles? This class will help tighten your abs, pelvic floor muscles and lower back all in a fun, community atmosphere with like minded moms! Safe and recommended for women after c-section births, but just as beneficial for women bouncing back from "typical" child births. You will feel yourself getting stronger, your energy will improve and your self-esteem will soar. All exercises in this class are intended for new moms and respect the need for slow rebuilding of the abdominal muscles. Rest assure this class is one all moms will feel comfortable and confident attending!
